The Lord is your portion. He is your Rest. He is your Rock. He is your Fortress. He is your Strong Tower. God is your ever help in time of need.
He is your Abba Father, your confidence, your strength, your hope, and your love.
Lean on Him and not on your own understanding. Give everything over to Him and you will then move forward in the confidence of the Lord.
For He is with you, He will never leave you, or forsake you. For you are His beloved child.
Many times and in many situations the Lord places you where you do not like, where you do not understand, and sometimes in a place you can not even stand.
You have been pressed into the floor with such a hard and heavy load of suffering. But He has a purpose and a plan for each and everyone.
He does not let anything go wasted on His children. But He uses them to grow, shape, mold, and make you into His image.
You think that if one more feather of painful, confusing, difficult, or sorrow is laid on your back it will break. But He does all these things to stretch you, that you may be filled.
Great is His faithfulness and great is His steadfast love that He does not leave you in that place. He does not give you more than you can bear.
At times you think He will, but He picks you up just at the right time. Just as a loving father picks up his child and comforts them, speaking kindness, and lovingly soothes their tears.
Then later when you look back on those struggle, you will see how truly amazing it was, and the great love He poured into you. The changes He accomplished through it all.
Then you can rise and shine. You will praise Him and give God the Glory. You will worship your Lord and Savior for all He has done.
Sing for joy for all the Lord has done, tell of His great works, and of His wonderful mercies all the day long.
But this I call to mind, and therefore I have hope: The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.
“The LORD is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in Him.” The LORD is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him.
It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the LORD. It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth. Let him sit alone in silence when it is laid on him; Lamentations 3:21-28
