The Lord Jesus Christ is waiting for you with His hands extended to receive you. He has been waiting patiently all your life for you to humble yourself, repent, and turn away from your life of sin. He is ever looking the world over for those who will turn to Him in humility and seek righteousness.
For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to give strong support to those whose heart is blameless toward Him. 2 Chronicles 16:9
Do you even know or realize all the things you have done against the Lord God almighty? He who created the heavens and the earth. All of your lying, stealing, blasphemy against God, lust, hatred, cheating, and so much more. He sees you as a lawbreaker and a criminal for breaking His holy Law the Ten Commandments.
Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10
Yes, He has written His commands upon your heart, your conscience is bearing witness against you that this is true. Whether you will listen or not is up to you.
For when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law. They show that the work of the law is written on their hearts, while their conscience also bears witness, and their conflicting thoughts accuse or even excuse them on that day when, according to my gospel, God judges the secrets of men by Christ Jesus. Romans 2:14-16
Your days are numbered. You do not know how much longer He will be patient with you. How long do you have? One day you will die and you will stand before God, who is the holy Judge, and He will judge you in righteousness. Jesus Christ is your only hope to stand before God and not fall by His condemnation.
He is calling you. Will you listen and obey? Or will you rebel, stop up your ears and ignore His call to repentance. Will you refuse to listen to the message that will save you from an eternity of punishment and torment.
He is calling for you to come to Him for complete forgiveness and healing. But you must humble yourself and repent of your sins. Turning away from your lifestyle of sin and rebellion to His Law.
Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus, Acts 3:19-20
He loves you so much that He died for you on the cross of Calvary, taking the complete wrath of God upon Himself that you may be forgiven and save your soul from eternal death and torment in Hell, His place of punishment for sinners and lawbreakers.
Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was pierced for our transgressions; He was crushed for our iniquities; upon Him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with His wounds we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned—every one—to His own way; and the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:4-6
He is offering you forgiveness today. Today is the day of Salvation says the Lord. Humble yourself and turn to Him. Forsake your wicked ways and seek Him, seek righteousness. For on the day of judgment you will be judged in righteousness and then it will be too late to repent. It is His standard and His ways that you must have lived up to. It is Jesus that you must follow and obey.
But without the cleansing power of Jesus’ blood, you have no hope, because He is the only one who can save you from Hell, He is the only one who can cleanse you from your sins. He was the holy and pure sacrifice that paid the price for your redemption.
Turn to the Lord Jesus today. Do not wait, because tomorrow may be too late. No one is guaranteed another moment. One moment you may be living life to the fullest and the next you may be swept into eternity. When will you choose Jesus? When will you choose life and forgiveness? He is waiting.
I was ready to be sought by those who did not ask for me; I was ready to be found by those who did not seek me. I said, “Here I am, here I am,” to a nation that was not called by my name. I spread out my hands all the day to a rebellious people, who walk in a way that is not good, following their own devices; Isaiah 65:1-2
