The Lords Faithful Ones

Determined, steadfast, and unmovable, describes the ones who are found faithful to the Lord. The chosen ones of God. You can tell who is truly faithful to the Lord and who is not. Though they walk through the fire of affliction, suffer through the attacks of persecution, and wrestle against the forces of evil on every side. They will persevere and conquer in Jesus name.

In the sight of man, scorned and rejected. But, in the sight of God, holy, righteous, and worthy. They will be squeezed, pressed, and crushed. They will feel abandoned, rejected, and despised, but the Lord will look favorably upon them. They will be rescued by the Lord and rise up as on wings like eagles to soar.

He is the one who calls out to all mankind to turn to Him and repent and follow. The one chosen by God, the one honored by Him will obey the call and follow no matter the cost. Even the cost of suffering, refinement as through fire, persecution and ridicule by the world and the churches of this age, and even to the point of death.

They are the ones the Lord said, of whom the world was not worthy.”  They will remain faithful, they will not be put to shame, and they will not be abandoned. But the Lord will hold them close to His chest. With great love and affection, He will take care of His loved ones.

Psalm 119:25-32

25 I am laid low in the dust; preserve my life according to your word. 26 I gave an account of my ways and you answered me; teach me your decrees. 27 Cause me to understand the way of your precepts, that I may meditate on your wonderful deeds.

28 My soul is weary with sorrow; strengthen me according to your word. 29 Keep me from deceitful ways; be gracious to me and teach me your law.

30 I have chosen the way of faithfulness; I have set my heart on your laws. 31 I hold fast to your statutes, Lord; do not let me be put to shame. 32 I run in the path of your commands, for you have broadened my understanding.
