The Lord’s chosen and holy people are blessed beyond measure. You have been given such honor above all men. Not by what you have done, but because of His rich love, mercy, and grace, and what the Lord has achieved for you. Rejoice for you have already been seated in the heavenly places.
But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace, you have been saved— and raised us up with Him and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
so that in the coming ages He might show the immeasurable riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Ephesians 2:4-9
Rejoice for your name is written in the Lambs Book of Life. Your position is secure, your foundation solid. You will not be moved or cast down, for the Lord has fixed His promises in the heavens, and they will not be revoked.
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; Philippians 4:4-5
Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, O righteous, and shout for joy, all you upright in heart! Psalm 32:11
Comfort one another with these words, especially to the weak, broken, weary, and to those who have lost loved ones. They need your compassion, they need your love, and they need you to reach out to them for comfort. To let them know about Jesus and His gift of Salvation. Understand and rejoice for you are blessed beyond measure, for Lord is in control and His steadfast love endures forever.
But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep.
For this, we declare to you by a word from the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord, Himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore encourage one another with these words. 1Thessalonians 4:13-18
