The Lord Jesus Christ loves and died for everyone, sacrificing His life, was buried, and rose again, that you may live. That your sins may be forgiven and wiped out.
But He will not wait for you forever, there will come a time that His patience will run out if you refuse to come to Him in humility and confess and repent for your sins.
Jesus spoke about Heaven but He also warned of Hell, as a matter of fact, Jesus is the one who we get the most information and detail about it. It is a very serious matter and to avoid it would be derelict to the message of the Gospel.
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Romans 3:23
42 “Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him if a great millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea. 43 And if your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life crippled than with two hands to go to hell, to the unquenchable fire.
45 And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life lame than with two feet to be thrown into hell. 47 And if your eye causes you to sin, tear it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into hell, 48 ‘where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’ 49 For everyone will be salted with fire. Mark 9:42-49
No one wants the think or talk about Hell but the reality of life and death is you will either allow Jesus to pay for your sins on the cross, accepting His payment, or you will spend eternity paying for your own sins in Hell.
19 Repent, therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, 20 that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus, 21 whom heaven must receive until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago. Acts 3:19-21
Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3
