Don’t Worry Have Faith

You may be wondering how God is going to fix your current situation. How is He going to move you forward? You may be thinking of God’s promises, but you don’t see how it will all work out. Know this, and have faith that the Lord has a plan and He controls everything. But you can’t help but think, how, what, and when will He do it? We all wonder, but the righteous trust God and keep moving forward by faith.

Be assured of this; God is in control. He has a great plan and an excellent purpose for everything that happens. Even what is happening while you wait. He doesn’t tell you what He is doing beforehand, so you will continue to do His will by faith. You may notice that faith is the essential characteristic God is seeking.

In a moment, He will make things happen. In an instant, He will make all things new, and with His mighty hand, He will tear down the walls towering in your way. So always remember even what He allows the devil to through in your path; God will use it for your good and His glory.

“Be strong and courageous, for you shall go with this people into the land that the LORD has sworn to their fathers to give them, and you shall put them in possession of it. It is the LORD who goes before you. He will be with you; He will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.” Deuteronomy 31:7-8

God has promised to take care of His children, though the earth shakes, the hills collapse, and the enemy comes against you. He will uphold and sustain you. He holds the destinies of His children, and nothing is too hard for Him.

“Though the mountains be shaken, and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken, nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the LORD, who has compassion on you.” Isaiah 54:10 Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for me? Jeremiah 32:27

Even if you think He is taking much too long. He uses this time to mold and shape you into what He needs you to be. Can you imagine what a mistake it would have been if He thrust you into the limelight too soon? While you were still immature and unprepared.

Oh my, that would have been a disaster. So instead, God needed to teach and instruct you in many ways. He had to watch you fall, pick you up, dust you off, and then discipline and correct you so He could equip you for what was ahead and clearly show you the right way.

My son, do not despise the LORD’s discipline or be weary of His reproof, for the LORD reproves him whom He loves, as a father the son in whom he delights. Proverbs 3:11-12

Trust in the Lord at all times, in every situation, at all occasions, and with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength. Give it all into His hands. He is a good and faithful God. He knows what is best. Isn’t that such a comforting and beautiful realization? Not only is He in complete control, but He knows what is best for you.

He will make all things work out for good for His righteous loved ones. No matter how badly the devil tries to mess it up or destroy it. He always outwits that snake and makes his bit as deadly as a lick from an earthworm.

Seek the Lord always. Pray to Him continually. Hope in the Lord without reservation. Then rest in Him, for He is faithful to those who are faithful to Him. There is no god like our God. Nothing even comes close. He is above all and has dominion over all. So trust Him and keep your faith strong.

LORD, how many are my foes! How many rise up against me! Many are saying of me, “God will not deliver him.” But you, LORD, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high. I call out to the LORD, and He answers me from His holy mountain.

I lie down and sleep; I wake again because the LORD sustains me. I will not fear though tens of thousands assail me on every side. Arise, LORD! Deliver me, my God! Strike all my enemies on the jaw; break the teeth of the wicked. From the LORD comes deliverance. May your blessing be on your people. Psalm 3:1-8
