The Lord God who made the heavens and earth is the Almighty God. He is the ruler of all kingdoms, nations, peoples, and tongues. He is the one who is above all. He is the one who will bring healing, comfort, and relief to His people. To those who love, worship, and honor Him with a pure heart. To those who obey His commands.
His arm is outstretched and is strong. His word is true and sure. Nothing in all the heavens or earth can stop it or sway Him from His path. He is more reliable than the sun rise or the stars’ twinkling on a clear, cool night. More solid is His foundation than the hardest of bedrock. More stable than the broadest base. More deep is His knowledge and wisdom than the deepest ocean. More vast is His insight than the expanse of the galaxies.
He is the Alpha, the Omega, the beginning, and the end; God has called His loved ones from every corner of the world, nation, tribe, and people. He is preparing a place for them. He is preparing a home for you in the Heavens. A place specially made for those He has chosen to shower His mercy and grace upon.
Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be His people, and God himself will be with them as their God. Revelation 21:1-3
While you remain here, God has a great purpose for you because there is still work to be done, souls to be saved, and more of His unseen plans to be completed. His will for you is to go and to seek to save the lost. To love the lonely, to strengthen the weary. To have compassion on those who have not heard the wonderful soul-saving good news of Jesus Christ.
His will for you is perfect. His plan is flawless. His promises are sure. Fix your eyes on Jesus; put your gaze on no other man or person. He is the one who has fixed your place in the heavens with His blood. He will never lead you astray and guide you on His good and straight path, the path that leads to Heaven. The way that leads to joy forevermore.
He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” And He who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” Also, He said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”
And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty, I will give from the spring of the water of life without payment. The one who conquers will have this heritage, and I will be his God, and he will be my son. Revelation 21:4-7
