The battle that you wage in this world is not against people. But it is against the spiritual forces of evil. That would include the Devil and his demons that have control and influence over the majority of this world. But remember, if you follow Jesus Christ, you have been given power from God to overcome every wicked force against you.
You will stand strong through prayer, faith, and trust in God. With kindness, love, compassion, the Gospel, and obedience to God, you will win the battles against evil and show others what they are missing. Keep trusting God no matter what happens, and fight against every temptation the Devil sends your way. In time, you will overcome evil with good; this is God’s promise if you continue by faith.
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12
God placed you on this earth to live according to His righteousness and spread the Gospel that you may snatch the lost from the fires of Hell to salvation by faith in Jesus Christ. He did not die for nothing, but He died for the sins of the world to those who are willing to turn from sin, trust, and obey Him by faith.
Pray for those who come against you; they are lost and deceived by the Devil. They don’t even know he has his claws dug deep into their soul. Chained up and bound to their own sinful nature. Imprisoned by the deception they have unwittingly fallen into. You will make a huge difference in their eternity with your love and compassion. So don’t stop spreading the truth of the Word of God, their true position before God, and the Gospel, and that they may have a chance for real redemption, healing, and salvation through the forgiveness of Jesus.
Pray that God may grant them the gift of repentance and eternal life just as He has granted you. Remember, God has given you authority over the demons as a son or daughter of God. So rebuke the evil spirits in Jesus’ name, show people the love of the Lord, and give them an opportunity to turn to the God who died for their sins.
Love the lost and have compassion. Obey the Lord and go and wage the good fight against evil. Keep trusting the Lord and have confidence in the plan because He always goes with those He sends. He always works for good, those things the Devil intended for evil. The Lord will give you the power to overcome the evil one and his schemes. Then, He will save those who are lost and desperately need His love, compassion, and the truth of the Gospel.
For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God and take every thought captive to obey Christ, being ready to punish every disobedience when your obedience is complete. Look at what is before your eyes. If anyone is confident that he is Christ’s, let him remind himself that just as he is Christ’s, so also are we. 2 Corinthians 10:3-7
