No Mistaking

Wait upon the Lord, lift up our eyes to the One who cares. Lift up your head and look to the Savior who loves you. Look to the One who rules over all. Fix your gaze upon Jesus, and not on any of the difficult situations and events that swirl around you. He is the way, the truth, and the life, and nothing happens without His authority. There is no mistaking who is in control.

The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein, for He has founded it upon the seas and established it upon the rivers. Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord? And who shall stand in His holy place?

He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false, and does not swear deceitfully. He will receive blessing from the Lord and righteousness from the God of his salvation. Such is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek the face of the God of Jacob. Psalm 24:1-6

It is by Him and through Him that you are given all things. He is above looking down on all mankind from the beginning to the end. He knows the best ways. He knows the right path to take. Even when you can not see it or when you don’t understand it, He will guide you on the right way to go. If you seek Him to guide you.

Remember that His works are flawless, timing perfect, His plan will not fail, and His word is absolute. There can be no mistaking that what He has declared, promised, and what He has decided will be fulfilled. Seek Him with all your heart soul mind and strength and He will keep you on the path He has laid out for your journey.

Thus says the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, and the one who formed him: “Ask me of things to come; will you command me concerning my children and the work of my hands? I made the earth and created man on it; it was my hands that stretched out the heavens, and I commanded all their host. I have stirred him up in righteousness, and I will make all his ways level; he shall build my city and set my exiles free, not for price or reward,” says the Lord of hosts. Isaiah 45:11-13

To you I lift up my eyes, O you who are enthroned in the heavens! Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maidservant to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the Lord our God, till He has mercy upon us. Have mercy upon us, O Lord, have mercy upon us, for we have had more than enough of contempt. Our soul has had more than enough of the scorn of those who are at ease, of the contempt of the proud. Psalm 123:1-4
