Though God’s straight way seems long and rough,
The path He sends you may be dark and tough.
Trust His timing, for His plan is right and true,
He keeps His promises, always to you.
God can not lie, He can not fail,
The wicked of this world, He will assail.
Trust in His will, always obey His call,
Lean upon His Word; He is your all in all.
Then walk by faith, and not by sight,
He will guide every step; He will make them right.
There is no greater God, no greater peace,
Then, working for the Lord for eternal release.
His plans are perfect, His timing right,
You will step into His position with clarity of sight.
So trust in the Lord and keep righteousness at hand,
He will richly reward you with an eternal land.
