So many people in this world go to bed never knowing that during the night they will be swept away into eternity, or they may arise in the morning never knowing, that today will be their last. Over 150,000 people die daily on this planet for many reasons. Don’t wait until it is too late.
Turn to the Lord Jesus Christ for your salvation before it is too late. He has been patiently waiting all your life for you to turn to Him. Even after you have raised your fist to Him and said, “I will do it my way!” Will He wait any longer?
How many lies have you told? How many times have you cheated or stolen? How often have you blasphemed His name or lusted after another person? All the sins of your life have been building up as an account against you, all the days of your life, and yet He is still patiently waiting for you to turn to Him. Because of His great patience and loving kindness, He still waits.
Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10
But, will He wait forever? All those who sin and break God’s Commandments will not go unpunished. This includes you. If a judge on earth must punish murderers and liars, how much more will a perfect God punish you? He will have to sentence you to a horrible place called Hell. His prison for sinners. I do not want you to go there. Does this concern you? If you would just take your eternal destination seriously, it should terrify you!
Yet, because God is loving and patient, He provided a way that you may be saved. Jesus Christ is God the Son. The Father sent Him to the earth to die for you, to die for your sins. He lived a perfect life, died on the cross, and took upon Himself the entire Wrath of God. He took your punishment for all your lies, thefts, blasphemies, hatred, lust, and all your other many sins.
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him. John 3:16-17
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by His grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, Romans 3:23-24 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23
He then was raised from the dead three days later, defeating sin, and death. Now He sits at the right hand of the Throne of God. Are you listening? There is nothing more important than your eternal soul!
For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that He was buried, that He was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4
His hand has been extended out to you your whole life. He has remained patient with you, but not much longer. Please humble yourself before Him, confess your sins, repent, and turn away from your life of sin. Follow and obey the Lord so that you may live. He will forgive you and give you everlasting life so that you may go to Heaven with Him. If you humble yourself you will not go to Hell to be tormented for all eternity.
Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved. Then pick up a Bible and start reading it every day. Start in the book of John and the first books of the New Testament. Follow and obey Him in everything, and He will give you life. Either Jesus will pay for your sins, or you will pay for them yourself for all eternity. Don’t wait until it is too late.
