Though the people of this world are as the grass, they are as the flower of the field, and fade in time when the breath of the Lord blows on them. He also is the one that upholds His children. He is the one who stretches out His hand and keeps them from falling. Surrounding them with His protection as He leads, guides, and directs them on their path.
Wherever you are going, God is already there. Whatever difficulties and hardships you come up against, He has ordained them. Whoever comes against you, He will protect you from them. God is greater than your problems, stronger than your enemies, and wiser than their schemes! The Lord will help you, He will deliver you, and will not let His dear children be put to shame.
But go in the power and confidence of the Lord and proclaim His good news! Lift up your voice and shout for joy! Praise and Glorify Him and His name! For there is no one else like Him! No one else who has the power to save! The Word of the Lord will stand forever! Fear not for He is with you! Fear not for He has redeemed you! Fear not for He has gone before you and everything is now prepared.
So then walk in the ways He has taught you with holiness, purity, and complete confidence. He has shined His light and has repelled the darkness, that you will not fade and you will not fall. Their snare will catch their own feet. But you will accomplish all He has prepared for you to do.
6 A voice says, “Cry!” And I said, “What shall I cry?” All flesh is grass, and all its beauty is like the flower of the field. 7 The grass withers, the flower fades when the breath of the LORD blows on it; surely the people are grass. 8 The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever. 9 Go on up to a high mountain, O Zion, herald of good news; lift up your voice with strength, O Jerusalem, herald of good news; lift it up, fear not; say to the cities of Judah, “Behold your God!” 10 Behold, the Lord GOD comes with might, and his arm rules for him; behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him.
