Encourage One Another

Encourage the weak and fainthearted so that they may not fall. For the Lord will test, try, and refine His chosen ones. He will bring you through the fire and the storm of each trial to stretch, expand, and move you to the place He wants you to be. When you are weak, pressed, and stressed by the testing hand of the Lord, He is doing it to mold you into His image. It is not only the devil that causes us problems. God has a purpose for each struggle to accomplish His will in your life.

Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice insofar as you share Christ’s sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed. If you are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed because the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. 1 Peter 4:12-14

You will make it, and you will succeed. God will make sure of it. I encourage you in the Lord to keep pressing in towards Him more and more. As you draw near to the end, things may increase in difficulty, and the pressing may be harder than ever before. But you will not be alone because the Lord promises to be with you and help you. Pray; He will encourage, admonish, and lift you up in Jesus’ name. He will hear, and He will answer. So, likewise, do for others what they can’t do for themselves through encouragement of this kind.

Rejoice when the Lord gives. Be humble and meek when He takes away. Give thanks on all occasions, for this is the will of God for you. Do not forsake those things of the Lord you don’t know or understand; He will make His will clear at the right time.

Hold fast to what is good and keep away from all evil. Dedicate your heart, body, soul, and spirit to the work the Lord has given you with complete trust, hope, and faith in His promises. The Lord Himself will instruct, cleanse, and sanctify you in His presence. He will strengthen and encourage you. If you do this, every event will happen according to His perfect will, plan, and purpose. God bless you.

And we urge you, brothers, admonish the idle, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with them all. See that no one repays anyone evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to everyone. Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophecies, but test everything; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil. Now, may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul, and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 5:14-23
