Someday the Lord will be revealed from Heaven like a blazing sun in all His Glory. Coming to the world to bring His final judgment upon the earth for all the wicked. None will escape or be able to say one word against Him, for His true presence will make them fall, tremble, and shrivel like dry grass to a furnace.
But even now, though it seems that the wicked, in all their worldly wisdom, have control over the whole earth, The Lord’s hand is stretched out in His wisdom to make fools of them.
For the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men. 1 Corinthians 1:25
Even now He is so many steps ahead of them when the hammer of justice comes crashing down, when the fire of judgment comes raging at their door, they will be astonished and aghast. Saying, “Where did this come from!”
Is not my word like fire, declares the LORD, and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces? Jeremiah 23:29
Do not think for a moment that the Lord has lost His grip or turned His back. Those who devise schemes, conspire wickedness, and institute evil plans will not escape His righteous indignation. Though through their own wisdom and well thought out strategies, through their cooperation with the rich, high, and mighty they have become confident in the course of the action they have implemented. Yet the Lord sees it all and is one thousand steps ahead of them.
For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to give strong support to those whose heart is blameless toward him. You have done foolishly in this, for from now on you will have wars. 2 Chronicles 16:9
Be strengthened and revive your spirit, trust in the Lord God Almighty, He will deal righteous vindication to those who are wicked, those who deserve all they have sown. He has chosen the weak and foolish of this world to shame the wise and powerful. He will be victorious and His servants will be vindicated.
1 Corinthians 1:25-31
25 For the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men. 26 For consider your calling, brothers: not many of you were wise according to worldly standards, not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth.
27 But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; 28 God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are,
29 so that no human being might boast in the presence of God. 30 And because of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption, 31 so that, as it is written, “Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.”
